This policy explains how KOVYEL handles information submitted through website inquiries and direct business communications.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, review the requested supply scope, prepare technical clarifications and quotations, coordinate project delivery and maintain necessary business records.
Website inquiry form
The current RFQ page prepares an email draft on your device. Project files are attached and sent through your email application; the page does not upload those files to the website.
Sharing and retention
Project information may be shared with relevant manufacturing, inspection, logistics or professional partners only when needed to evaluate or perform the requested supply. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the business purpose, legal obligations and legitimate record keeping.
Your choices

International communications
KOVYEL supports international projects. Business information may therefore be processed or communicated across borders where the project and its suppliers are located.
